In a pan, heat olive oil then add the minced beef and give it a stir. Season with a bay leaf, spice mix, salt & pepper. Add nut meg and stir.

Add the onion (chopped into small cubes) and stir well. Add minced garlic.

In a pot, boil some water, add salt then cook the pasta.

Add tomato paste to the minced beef and some pasta water.

Prepare the bechamel sauce: In a pot, add butter and flour and whisk well. Add milk gradually then season with salt, pepper & nutmeg then add mozzarella cheese.

Add some bechamel to the cooked pasta.

Spread some butter to a pyrex then add a layer of pasta, then a layer of minced beef, then mozzarella, bechamel, another layer of pasta, then more bechamel and some mozzarella cheese on top.

Cook in the oven at 180 degrees celsius until colored.
