Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan.
Add garlic and sauté until aromatic.
Stir in basil and crumble the bouillon cubes into the mixture.
Add tomato sauce and cook until slightly thickened.
Pour in the reserved pasta water and mix well.
Add heavy cream and let the sauce simmer gently.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Stir in salami/ pepperoni slices and cheese.
Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
Let the pasta cook with the sauce for a few minutes.
