Instructions

Preparing the pasta

  1. In a pan, put some oil with the minced garlic, stir for a few seconds till you smell the garlic.
  2. Add the vinegar & pour in the tomato juice after sieving. Next add the tomato paste.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper & cumin. Add a pinch of sugar.
  4. Now add 1/2 a stock cube (optional).
  5. Pour in the pasta water and water. let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and cook on high heat while stirring.

Cooking the Beef Liver

  1. In a pan on medium low heat, heat some oil, then stir fry the liver slices on one side then flip on the other side.
  2. When it's almost cooked, push it to one side of the pan the add the minced garlic.
  3. Next add the chili pepper & bell pepper. Add the salt, dry coriander & cumin.
  4. Stir all the ingredients till the liver is fully cooked.
  5. Serving suggestion: In a plate, add the pasta, then add the liver on top. add some of the pasta sauce on top of them, enjoy!
