  1. Combine the flour, salt, and water in a bowl, then stir to form the dough. (Watch video for technique.)
  2. Divide the dough as preferred.
  3. Place the dough balls in a deep dish, drizzle with enough oil, cover with a towel, and set aside to rest for 1 hour.
  4. In a hot pan, add oil, Oriental sausage, paprika, and pepper, and leave it to be cooked.
  5. Start shaping the dough, single it out, and stuff it as you like. Add sausage, tomato, green bell pepper, black olive, and cheese. (Watch the video for the technique.)
  6. Now add the pie to a hot pan brushed with oil until it is crispy and brown on both sides, and it is ready.
