  1. In a pot, add butter, oil, orzo and stir.
  2. Add the soup or broth gradually on low heat.
  3. Add sweets cream when the orzo starts to get cooked and season with basil or oregano (optional).
  4. Add the mixture in a Pyrex and cover it with cream and grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake it in the oven with the upper flame turned on.
