One-Pot Lasagna

In a pot, heat the ghee or butter and sauté the chopped onion until soft.

Add the ground meat and cook until browned.

Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme.

Pour in the tomato sauce and water (or broth), and mix well.

Break the lasagna sheets into pieces and add them to the pot, stirring to coat them in the sauce.

Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for about 15 minutes until the lasagna sheets are tender.

If desired, add a layer of béchamel sauce before adding the grated cheese.

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top, cover, and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese melts and everything is well combined.

If you like, you can place the pot in the oven for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
