In a tajin, add chopped croissant and mixed nuts (you can use Mille-feuille instead of croissant).

In a pan, add full-fat milk, cream, sugar and vanilla.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Add the mixture to the tajin.

Whip cream chantilly or whipped cream until texture is heavy/ thick.

Add it on top of the tajin.

Bake in the oven, with only the broiler on, for 3.5 minutes only.
