Instructions

  1. In a pot on the stove with vegetable oil, fry the beef cubes until reddish then remove from the heat. In the same pan, add mashed garlic and onions with 4 tablespoons of dried coriander
  2. Stir the mixture (add oil if the mixture absorbs all the oil) for 4-5 minutes, then add the okra and season with salt, black pepper, then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, and stir for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add the broth and tomato juice, adjust the salt, return the roasted meat, bring the mixture to a boil, then continue to simmer over medium heat for 30-40 minutes
  4. To make the tasha: Fry the garlic and hot pepper in oil, then add the coriander and leave the garlic to become crunchy, then add the green coriander
  5. We take half of the tasha and add it to the okra and stir. Put in the serving dish and add the rest of the tasha on top
  6. Served with hot bread or rice
