Instructions
Boil the lamb until tender and set aside.
In a pot, heat some oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.
Add the boiled lamb to the pot and season with salt, pepper, and green pepper.
Pour in the tomato juice and add tomato paste. Let it simmer with some broth.
Add the okra and water and let it cook until the lamb is tender and the okra is soft.
Prepare the Tasha with mixing minced garlic and finely chopped coriander.
Add half the quantity of the Tasha to the pot and the other half cook it in a separate pan with green coriander, then add it.
