Instructions

  1. In a pan, melt butter then saute chopped onion.
  2. Add chicken and stir then add chopped bell peppers & sliced mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper. paprika & Italian herbs.
  3. In another pan, add butter & flour and whisk then add milk & stir. Add broth cube, tomato paste & nutmeg and stir well.
  4. In an oven pan, spread a layer of bechamel,
  5. In a bowl, add the cooked pasta then add black pepper, some bechamel and cheese.
  6. Add half of the pasta to the oven pan, then a layer of the chicken mixture, then another layer of pasta then top it off with bechamel and cheddar & mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cook in the oven until red.
