Cut bread into squares, add oil or ghee and mix. Bake in the oven until crunchy.

In a pan, add ghee, minced garlic then add tomato juice and tomato paste then season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix and let it simmer.

Prepare the tasha

Assemble the fatteh by adding a layer of bread then tomato salsa prepared then mulukiya, chicken and rice then top it off with a drizzle of salsa and the tasha.
