Lemon & Blueberry Mug Cake

In a mug add 4 tablespoons of crushed vanilla biscuits as a first layer.

Add 1/4 cup of milk , 1/4 teaspoon of lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of blueberry .

Put in the microwave for 1 minute.

Prepare the lemon glaze by mixing 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Oreo Mug Cake

In a mug , add 4 crushed Oreos as a first layer.

Add 1/4 cup of milk .

Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Prepare the glaze by mixing 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of milk.

Add fresh strawberry.
Lotus Mug Cake

In a mug , add 4 tablespoons of crushed lotus biscuits as a first layer.

Add 1/4 cup of milk.

Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.

For serving melted Biscoff spread and strawberry.
