Lemon & Blueberry Mug Cake

  1. In a mug add 4 tablespoons of crushed vanilla biscuits as a first layer.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of milk , 1/4 teaspoon of lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of blueberry .
  3. Put in the microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Prepare the lemon glaze by mixing 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Oreo Mug Cake

  1. In a mug , add 4 crushed Oreos as a first layer.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of milk .
  3. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Prepare the glaze by mixing 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of milk.
  5. Add fresh strawberry.

Lotus Mug Cake

  1. In a mug , add 4 tablespoons of crushed lotus biscuits as a first layer.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of milk.
  3. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
  4. For serving melted Biscoff spread and strawberry.
