Instructions
In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar powder, water and food color.
Put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
Mix it then put it in the microwave for another 1 minute.
Add cornstarch on a flat surface and flatten the dough into a thin layer.
Cut the dough, stuff it with ice cream and put it in the freezer.
