Instructions

  1. To make the garlic mixture, in a chopper add red and green chili pepper, green bell pepper and garlic. Chop lightly, then add the salt, vinegar, lemon juice and duqqa. Chop again until well blended. It can be stored in a jar for months covered with oil.
  2. To prepare the meat sauce, in a pot over heat, add some oil then add the minced meat, breaking it apart, cook until browned, then add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add minced onion and garlic, saute well before adding the tomato juice and tomato paste. When cooled down store in plastic bags in the freezer.
