In a Saucepan, melt butter then add powdered milk.
After cooking, turn off the heat then add tea bags few minutes and remove them.
Allow butter to cool completely in a bowl.
Now add butter to dough mixture.
Mix butter until it becomes fluffy.
When butter turns pale, add sugar gradually on two times.
Also, add eggs on two times and add vanilla extract and mix.
In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mix on 2 times to the dough mixture and mix on low speed.
Add Chocolate chips and peanuts and mix.
Transfer the dough to stretch wrap and fridge for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes , shape the cookies all in one size balls.
On top, add sesame and bake it for 8 minutes on 190C then remove it on a rack to cool completely.
