  1. In an electric mixer, mix sugar, oil, eggs & vanilla until foamy.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with salt & baking powder.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the electric mixer gradually while mixing.
  4. In a pan, mix milk with butter until they reach a boiling point. Add instantly to the mixer and mix for 1 minute.
  5. Grease an oven pan with butter and flour, add the cake mixture until the pan is semi-filled.
  6. Preheat oven (for 30 minutes) on high heat. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
