For the caramel sauce: in a pan on low heat, add sugar & water and leave until the sauce forms

In a bowl, add eggs, egg yolks, vanilla and whisk well. Add condensed milk, milk, cream & salt and whisk very well.

In cake pan, add the caramel sauce then the prepared mixture

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Put it in a tray filled with water.

Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
