  1. For the caramel sauce: in a pan on low heat, add sugar & water and leave until the sauce forms
  2. In a bowl, add eggs, egg yolks, vanilla and whisk well. Add condensed milk, milk, cream & salt and whisk very well.
  3. In cake pan, add the caramel sauce then the prepared mixture
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Put it in a tray filled with water.
  5. Put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
