Instructions

  1. Prepare brushing mix (2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp oil)
  2. Brush pyrex/ baking dish
  3. Arrange phyllo dough (like in the video)
  4. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (until gold)
  5. Pour condensed milk on top
  6. Mix heavy cream, milk & cinnamon and add it to the dish
  7. Put back in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes
  8. Add some sugar on top and enjoy
