The Cake
In a bowl, mix eggs, vanilla and icing sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix both mixtures together.
Brush a pyrex with oil and add the cake mixture.
Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
Poke holes in the cake and pour a mixture of warm milk and sugar till the cake absorb it all.
In a bowl, mix cream chantilly, whipping cream or milk.
Spread the cream chantilly on the cake.
Spread the caramel and cream on top.
The Caramel
In a pot, mix milk with starch.
In a separate pot, mix white sugar, then lower the heat and add butter.
While stirring, add the heated milk in the other pot and a pinch of salt.
Chill the caramel in the freezer.
