The Cake

  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, vanilla and icing sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix both mixtures together.
  4. Brush a pyrex with oil and add the cake mixture.
  5. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
  6. Poke holes in the cake and pour a mixture of warm milk and sugar till the cake absorb it all.
  7. In a bowl, mix cream chantilly, whipping cream or milk.
  8. Spread the cream chantilly on the cake.
  9. Spread the caramel and cream on top.

The Caramel

  1. In a pot, mix milk with starch.
  2. In a separate pot, mix white sugar, then lower the heat and add butter.
  3. While stirring, add the heated milk in the other pot and a pinch of salt.
  4. Chill the caramel in the freezer.
