  1. In a bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour with Baking Powder.
  2. In a blender, place Sugar, Eggs, Liquid Vanilla, Yogurt (or additional Milk), Milk, Oil, and softened Butter.
  3. Ensure all ingredients placed in the blender are at room temperature.
  4. Blend these ingredients for about two minutes.
  5. Pour the blended wet mixture over the mixed dry ingredients (Flour and Baking Powder). Stir until just combined.
  6. Sift the Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
  7. Take a portion of the prepared cake batter and mix it with the sifted Cocoa Powder.
  8. Prepare the cake pan by greasing and flouring it (or lining with parchment paper).
  9. Begin layering the batter in the prepared pan.
  10. Start with a slightly larger layer of vanilla batter, then add a layer of chocolate batter in the middle, followed by another layer of vanilla, then chocolate, and so on.
  11. Fill the cake pan to the top to achieve a domed shape.
  12. Place the pan containing the cake batter into the larger pan with water at the bottom. This water bath will create steam, ensuring the cake comes out soft and moist.
  13. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
