Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream ingredients together and whisk well until thick.
  2. Dip lady finger biscuits in mango juice then place in the cake/ pyrex pan.
  3. Add a layer of the prepared cream then a layer of fresh mango then repeat the layers until finished.
  4. Dissolve and mix jelly powder in hot water then set aside to cool.
  5. Pour the jelly mixture on top of the tiramisu gradually using a spoon.
  6. Place in the fridge for 3 hours and enjoy.
