  1. In a chopper, chop all ingredients together: pepper, garlic, cumin, coriander, lemon, vinegar, oil, salt & pepper
  2. In a pan, add ghee & oil then add the liver
  3. Add the mixture to the pan and leave for 1 minute
  4. Add parsley on top and enjoy
