  1. In a bowl, add minced garlic, salt, pepper, coriander, cumin, and 7 spices.
  2. Add lemon juice and vinegar to the mixture to make a garlic paste and put it aside.
  3. In a frying pan heat oil, add half of the prepared garlic paste to the pan and fry
  4. Add the liver to the pan and cook until it starts to turn brown.
  5. Few minutes then add green peppers or chili peppers to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add the remaining garlic paste and spices to the pan, stir well to coat the liver.
  7. To make sandwiches, spread tahini and fresh green coriander then add a generous amount of the cooked liver on the sandwich.
