Instructions

  1. Coat blueberries with flour
  2. Mix flour with salt and baking powder and set aside
  3. Add lemon zest and sugar to the butter mix well, then add eggs one at a time
  4. Add the lemon juice and milk then add flour mix gradually
  5. Finally add the blueberries and fold carefully with the mix
  6. Add the mix to a baking tray coated with butter and flour, bake in a 180 degrees celsius oven for 30 minutes
  7. Let it cool down for 15 minutes then flip the cake and add the glaze on top
  8. Garnish with blueberries, lemon slices and mint leaves
