  1. Open the Lebanese flatbread carefully to split into 2..
  2. Brush it with olive oil and sprinkle zaatar and sumac over the surface.
  3. Place it in a preheated oven for 2-3 minutes to warm it up.
  4. Mix labneh with a dash of olive oil and a pinch of zaatar for extra flavor.
  5. Spread the labneh mixture generously the soft warmed bread.
  6. Layer cucumber slices, tomato slices, and pickles inside.
  7. Sprinkle a bit of sumac for added tanginess.
  8. Add the crunchy bread on top and smash. Roll the bread tightly to secure the filling.
  9. Cut the wrap into halves or enjoy it whole. Perfect with tea or a refreshing drink!
