Open the Lebanese flatbread carefully to split into 2..

Brush it with olive oil and sprinkle zaatar and sumac over the surface.

Place it in a preheated oven for 2-3 minutes to warm it up.

Mix labneh with a dash of olive oil and a pinch of zaatar for extra flavor.

Spread the labneh mixture generously the soft warmed bread.

Layer cucumber slices, tomato slices, and pickles inside.

Sprinkle a bit of sumac for added tanginess.

Add the crunchy bread on top and smash. Roll the bread tightly to secure the filling.
