Instructions
Saute the onion with olive oil until it turns brown, then add the boiled lentils, then the drained soaked bulgur and season with cumin, salt and pepper
Add the stock of the boiled lentil to the mixture and bring it to a boil for 5 minutes
Reduce the heat and cover the pan for 20 minutes until its cooked
Served with cabbage with garlic, vinegar & lemon or yogurt salad
