Instructions

  1. To prepare the dough, combine Water, Egg, and Sugar in a bowl and mix them.
  2. Add All-Purpose Flour, Instant Yeast, and a Pinch of Salt, then mix until everything combines well.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 to 60 minutes, allowing it to proof.
  4. While the dough proofs, cut the Large Potato into small cubes.
  5. Boil the potato cubes for just half a cook (partially cooked), then drain and set aside.
  6. Prepare the Hot Dogs/Sausages and Cheese, cutting them to a suitable size for the corn dogs.
  7. Thread the hot dogs and cheese onto Wooden Skewers, stacking them as shown in typical corn dog fashion.
  8. Adjust the length of the wooden skewers to fit your frying pan.
  9. Once the dough proofs, dip the skewered hot dog and cheese into the dough, ensuring the dough covers them completely.
  10. Immediately roll the dough-covered skewers in the partially cooked Potato Cubes, pressing gently to adhere.
  11. Finally, roll them in Breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
  12. Heat Cooking Oil in a deep pot or fryer. Fry the Korean Corn Dogs in the hot oil until they achieve a beautiful golden-brown color. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
