Soak oats in milk for 20 minutes and set them aside.
In a bowl, mix minced meat with drained minced onion and set the draining water in a separate bowl.
Add shredded zucchini, shredded carrots to the minced meat and season with salt, pepper and the desired spices.
Add the soaked oats in milk to the minced meat and mix all the ingredients well.
Grease an oven tray with oil.
Dip your hand in the onion water, shape the kofta into the desired shapes and put them in the oven tray.
Roast it in the oven for average 25 minutes on 220 degrees Celsius.
