In a bowl, mix the minced meat with salt, black pepper, paprika, mixed spices, onion, and parsley. Shape into small oval patties.

In a greased baking tray, arrange the potato slices, followed by tomato and bell pepper slices.

In a bowl, mix tomato paste, salt, black pepper, mixed spices, garlic, olive oil, and water. Pour over the vegetables, ensuring they are well-coated.

Place the kofta patties on top of the vegetables and sauce. Bake in the oven.

Mix tahini with salt, paprika, garlic, lemon juice, and vinegar. Use the juices from the baking tray to thin the sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Heat a piece of charcoal until it’s red-hot. Place it in a small bowl in the middle of the tray, drizzle with oil, and cover immediately to infuse the dish with a smoky aroma.

Pour the tahini sauce over the baked kofta and vegetables. Serve hot with rice or bread.
