Instructions
Cooking the Chicken: In a pan, add oil, the veggies, spices and water then the whole chicken
Mix sliced onion with flour. In a pan, add oil and ghee then the sliced onion and cook until brown. Remove 1/2 the quantity from the pan and set aside. Then add chicken stock.
In a bowl, mix the milk with yoghurt and flour. Then add to the onion & stock pan and keep stirring until it thickens (not too thick as it will get thicker as it gets cold). Add the chicken
Serve with the onion we set aside (garnish) and enjoy.
