Make cuts in the chicken drumsticks.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, crushed cardamom, onion powder and garlic powder.

Mix milk with vinegar and pour on the drumsticks.

Cover it and store it in the fridge for average of 12 hours.

In a bowl, mix flour, starch, salt, pepper and chili powder.

Prepare cold water in a separate bowl.

Dip the drumsticks in the flour mixture, cold water and the flour again.

In a very hot oil fry the drumsticks for 15 minutes on low heat, then leave it for another 10 minutes on high heat.
