Instructions
Boil the meat pieces.
Pan-fry the meat with ghee.
Add sliced onions, garlic, diced green bell pepper, chili pepper (optional) and let them cook.
Season with salt, black pepper, coriander, nutmeg and chili powder (optional).
Add soy sauce, meat soup, tomato paste and let them cook for 5 minutes with the pot covered.
Bake it in the oven with the grill opened.
