  1. Wash the canned chickpeas. You can peel it so it would be lighter on your stomach.
  2. In a food processor, add the chickpeas, lemon juice, Olive oil & minced garlic. Add the salt & the tahini.
  3. Blend for almost 2 minutes till you get a creamy texture.
  4. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle the Sumaq and drizzle some Olive oil. Add parsley for garnish.
