Instructions
Soak the chickpeas a night before or at least 8 hours.
Boil it for half an hour.
Add carrot, tomato, small onion, garlic and leave them to cook.
Take the mixture and blend it in the blender with addition to some water.
Drain the blended mixture and return it to the chickpeas in the pot.
Season with paprika, cumin, sugar, salt and a some chili pepper.
Let it boil for 15 minutes.
Add lemon and cumin with the serving.
