Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, paprika, curry, thyme, olive oil, buttermilk (or yogurt), and garlic. Add the chicken slices and coat them well. Let them rest in the marinade for 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat it dry. Lightly coat the chicken slices with a thin layer of flour.

Heat butter or a butter-oil mixture in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, sear the chicken slices on one side until they develop a golden crust, then flip them to the other side.

Add minced garlic and a bit more butter to the pan. Stir until the garlic softens and releases its aroma.

Pour the honey and soy sauce into the pan, stirring to combine with the butter and garlic. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly and glaze the chicken.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
