Cook the Chicken
Heat a pan or grill pan over high heat and add oil.
Place the chicken slices in the pan, ensuring there's enough space between each piece.
Pan fry the chicken from both sides until golden.
Add Flavor Enhancements
Add butter and chopped parsley to the pan. Stir gently to coat the chicken.
Prepare the Honey Sauce
Mix honey and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Pour the mixture over the chicken and toss quickly to coat.
