In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla powder, vanilla extract, milk, sugar, and vegetable oil (or melted butter) for about 1 minute using a hand whisk.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring continuously until you get a smooth batter. Optional: fold in your desired fillings like chocolate chips or sprinkles.
Heat the waffle maker to medium temperature and lightly grease both sides with a spray or brush of oil.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker, close the lid, and cook for 1½ to 2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Place cooked waffles on a wire rack to maintain their crispiness.
Let waffles cool completely before freezing in airtight bags for up to 3 months. Reheat frozen waffles in the microwave for 30 seconds or in a toaster.
