In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt & yeast. Crack the eggs, add the vanilla & mix well.

Add the warm milk and knead. It should be a bit sticky.

Transfer to the kitchen counter and knead, then add the melted butter and roll the dough. Keep on kneading till it's no longer sticky.

Put the Dough ball in a bowl lined with a few drops of oil. Cover it and leave it to rise for almost an hour.

Transfer the dough to the counter & cut into small balls. Make a hole in the center of each ball to shape the doughnut.

Cover it and let it rise for 5-6 minutes.

On low heat, add the frying oil, then fry the doughnuts. Cook on each side till golden.

Transfer to a rack, glaze it and enjoy!
