Instructions

  1. Sift the flour well and add salt.
  2. Add the warm water gradually and start kneading(take your time in kneading till it is not so sticky).
  3. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them till thin.
  5. In a hot, non-stick pan, cook them without oil.
  6. Optional: add your desired stuffing (watch video for technique).
