Instructions
Cut up the strawberries and add to a pan.
Add the honey and lemon and mix.
Leave on high heat until the strawberries release their juices and boil.
Leave on low heat for another 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
Optional: smash the strawberries.
Leave to cool then transfer to a jar.
Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
