In a deep pot over the stove, add the water and sugar, and stir until the sugar completely dissolves.
Add lemon powder, glucose syrup, salt, baking soda, and liquid vanilla. Stir the mixture continuously until it reaches a golden color.
Prepare a silicone sheet and cut parchment paper. Grease them lightly with oil.
Roast your chosen nuts in a pan, then pour the hot syrup over them.
Quickly mix the syrup and nuts, making sure it is well combined. The process must be done fast!
Shape the mixture into your desired form (either round or rectangular). You can repeat the process with sesame or other nuts.
Before it fully sets, cut it into pieces. Allow it to cool completely.
