Coat the tilapia with a mixture of cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and white vinegar. Set aside to marinate.

In a blender or food processor, combine hot chili peppers, garlic, green bell pepper, grated carrot, fresh parsley, paprika, turmeric, and olive oil. Blend until you have a smooth paste.

Set aside 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture for later use.

Using a spoon, stuff the tilapia cavity with the prepared mixture, ensuring it’s evenly filled.

Mix the bran with a pinch of salt. Coat the tilapia thoroughly with the bran mixture.

Preheat the air fryer for 10 minutes at the highest temperature (265°C or as high as your air fryer allows).

Place the coated tilapia in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Cook for 12 minutes until golden and crispy.

After cooking, drizzle the reserved stuffing mixture over the grilled tilapia for an extra burst of flavor.
