Grilled Sea Bream with Lemon and Butter

Preheat your oven to 190°C.
In a greased baking dish, arrange the potato slices, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
Season with paprika, black pepper, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
Make shallow cuts on both sides of the fish using a knife.
Stuff each fish cavity with lemon slices, onion slices, dill, and a cube of butter.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the lemon juice and stir until combined.
Place the fish over the prepared vegetable base.
Pour the sauce over the fish, ensuring it gets into the cuts and cavity.
Cover the tray with damped parchment paper.
Seal tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil and parchment paper.
Place the dish under the broiler for a few minutes to give the fish a golden color.
