Instructions

First method

  1. Place onion, red pepper, parsley, garlic cloves, tomato sauce, kofta spice mix, black pepper, baking powder, and nutmeg in a food processor.
  2. Pulse or blend the ingredients until well combined into a smooth mixture.
  3. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl containing minced beef.
  4. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until evenly distributed.
  5. Shape the mixture into desired forms, according to your preference.
