In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast.

Add the sugar, flour, yogurt, butter, and a pinch of salt to the bowl, and knead the dough until it's well combined.

Cut the dough and let it rest for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the filling of your choice (e.g., luncheon meat, cheese, etc.).

Take a portion of the dough, place it on the bottom of the sandwich maker, add the filling, and cover it with another portion of dough.
