Greek Smashed Potatoes

Boil the potatoes in water and salt until cooked

When cooked, keep it aside until dry

Using a spatula or a cup, press on the potatoes (like in video)

Prepare marinade: Olive oil, minced garlic, spices, lemon zest, salt & pepper

Brush the potatoes with the marinade then put in the oven at 200 degrees until crunchy

Add fresh mint & parsley on top
-
Bonus step: Add feta cheese on top and put back in the oven
