Goulash Rolls with Minced Meat

  1. In a wide pan, brown the minced meat without adding oil.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and season with stoke powder, 7-spice mix, nutmeg, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook until the meat is fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, full-fat milk, eggs, oil, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Keep the filo dough covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
  5. Take 2 sheets of filo at a time, brush generously with the prepared sauce, and place a portion of the meat filling (with optional mozzarella) along the edge.
  6. Roll tightly from the wide side into a log shape and arrange on a baking tray. Repeat until all the filling is used.
  7. Pour the remaining sauce over the rolls in the tray and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the fan setting.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
