Goulash Rolls with Minced Meat

In a wide pan, brown the minced meat without adding oil.

Add finely chopped onions and season with stoke powder, 7-spice mix, nutmeg, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook until the meat is fully cooked. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix buttermilk, full-fat milk, eggs, oil, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Keep the filo dough covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying.

Take 2 sheets of filo at a time, brush generously with the prepared sauce, and place a portion of the meat filling (with optional mozzarella) along the edge.

Roll tightly from the wide side into a log shape and arrange on a baking tray. Repeat until all the filling is used.

Pour the remaining sauce over the rolls in the tray and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 200°C with the fan setting.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
