Goulash Rolls with Cheese and Pastrami Filling

In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, green olives, pastrami, parsley, chili pepper, thyme or oregano, egg, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Combine until evenly distributed and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, egg, and olive oil.
Take two sheets of goulash and brush them with the yogurt mixture.
Cut the sheets into halves or thirds, depending on desired roll size.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each piece and roll tightly.
Arrange the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with the remaining yogurt mixture.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Nigella sativa حبة البركة.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
