Goulash Rolls with Cheese and Pastrami Filling

- In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, green olives, pastrami, parsley, chili pepper, thyme or oregano, egg, vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine until evenly distributed and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, egg, and olive oil.
- Take two sheets of goulash and brush them with the yogurt mixture.
- Cut the sheets into halves or thirds, depending on desired roll size.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each piece and roll tightly.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the remaining yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Nigella sativa حبة البركة.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
