Clean the skin of the baby potatoes well and boil them in water with vinegar and salt until fully cooked.
For the sauce, mix soy sauce, garlic, chili flakes (optional), honey, brown sugar (optional), water, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir well and set aside.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and set them aside.
Heat oil (preferably sesame oil) in a pan and sauté the potatoes for about 6-7 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Add the sauce to the pan and cook on low heat, stirring gently to let the glaze stick to the potatoes.
Top with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion or any topping you prefer.
