In a pan, while it is still cold , dissolve 2 big spoons of starch in water.

On low heat , add to the pan 3 cloves of garlic and stir till the mixture becomes heavy.

Let the mixture cool ,then add it to a blender with 3 big spoons of mayonnaise , the juice of 1 big lemon and salt.

While blending, add 4 spoons of oil .

When it gets the creamy texture , put in the serving bowl and you may add to it olive oil.
